      Pros

      Puts people above profit, fully embraces the diversity and allow people to grow from mistakes instead of finger pointing! They value “quiet time” which allow employees to truly recharge which is awesome!

      Cons

      Systems and processes are antiquated and require updating to support a global population.

      You work with very talented, innovative and hard working people. Projects are very interesting. You will learn a lot through the journey at palladium.

      Turnover rate is extremely high because the workload of the employees in some departments or projects is not sustainable.

      People are nice, work hard and stick together most of the time. Company does make an effort to support you and make you feel valued

      Cons

      - Pay is no higher than a full time cleaner - Department management is clearly incompetent and erratic
