      Awful place to work

      Pros

      Very few. The offices are in a nice location in DC

      Cons

      Unfriendly environment. Project teams tend to throw a lot of work at operations staff, treating them like accountants and admin assistants. The ops staff will be drowning in work without any hep. Very hierarchical. Personal opinions and suggestions to improve culture and work environment are discouraged and if you keep voicing them you will be slated for a lay off.

      USAID experience which you can use to leave for a real ID company

      Cons

      Very toxic culture, systems are a mess, leadership runs it more like a financial venture then a development company, and everything in general is poorly run. I would never return to this company.

      Given the technical areas, regions and donors it supports, Palladium has a vast opportunity to tap into best practices and synergies across the company to bring innovation to the sectors it serves. It could be the "disrupter" in the industry.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, there is a constant leadership obsession on fast-paced growth via acquisition, while internally there is increasing dysfunction as internal systems, processes, decision-making, collaboration fail to keep up with the pace of growth and employee morale continues to slide as there is no clear strategy on where the company is going nor leadership focus on the staff, which has all resulted in high turnover in the last year.
