Office was unique, but that’s about it
Cons
Overly bureaucratic, siloed programs/programming, and toxic work culture with many teams/groups. Management is disrespectful (kicked my supervisor out of a room-during a meeting-that she had properly reserved). Unclear and lack of transparency regarding true or real impact. Also real divide between technical and nontechnical work—they don’t work cohesively. This can be seen with Associates having to handle operational non technical work, and they don’t get the opportunity to work on any technical aspects, which is also the reason for the low retention rate of associates here.
