Nice location and employees are friendly and generally positive.

Cons

Lip service is given to wanting to change and on transformation, but company is "stuck in the past". The systems used are legacy based and not integrated. The ownership and decision making authority is in the hands of the Pasha family, George4. Don't be fooled into thinking that it is a flat organizational structure similar to many high tech organizations where employees can fully participate in the decision-making process. The mindset is "old school".
