      Pros

      Wonderful senior executives and upper management. The family makes sure you are treated like one of their. They are not pretentious in any way or form and realize that it is part luck as well as opportunity to run a successful business.

      Cons

      Middle management struggles to find it's own identity. Some managers are given their post by proxy due to their loyalty to the family, this was quickly evident when my manager showed the lack of proper skills necessary to run the dept.

      Pros

      Progressive pay raise 50 cents every 6 month top paid can be as high as $22 Stable Work, 40 hours + a week. Vacations according to seniority 2 weeks maximum. Health and retirement plan. Paid Holidays. Free Holiday dinners maybe 2 times a year.

      Cons

      Long hours and mandatory weekends too according to clients demands but if you work a weekend is usually a Saturday 8 hour day Sundays are mostly voluntary but rare. Not an early bird, this job may not be for you 6:00am to 4:30pm is the regular schedule there was a time where 12 hours was the norm for a week but is rare, maybe ones a month you'll work a regular 40 hour week, they expect you to be married to them. Arrogant Supervisors.

Pasha offers 15 days of PTO and 10 paid holidays to all employees, a good medical, dental and vision plan and we hope to bring back employee events in 2021. Due to our industry and client expectations, sometimes long hours and an early start time are necessary. Hours/schedule vary, depending on location and business unit and employees are compensated accordingly.

      Growth Focused Company Where Employees Matter

      Pros

      This company has a great variety of locations and departments but has managed to build strong, collaborative teams. People are generally friendly and the higher management puts a genuine effort in constant improvements. There are lots of team-building initiatives, activities and fun employee perks. This company offers a pretty good work-life balance and most importantly, management does listen to employee concerns and suggestions and is always open to grow, improve and make this workplace a better place for everyone.

      Cons

      Teams sometimes can keep to themselves and not mingle with other departments, which can create a slightly “colder” environment, but our company initiatives seem to help improve collaboration and encourage hires to socialize.
