      Pros

      Nice location and a nice office. They were nice about choosing work hours.

      Cons

      This Pasha Group in Mint Hill, NC hires family members and a tight group that watches you like a hawk and reports to each other about performance. The Vessel industry is quite different being a maritime company and training was not at its best and they were also extremely back logged. Fast training and to learn the job it takes time and practice which they are not willing to be patient and give someone an opportunity to train and learn. Technical support is a joke making many mistakes in setting up my profile spelling my name incorrectly and setting me up with a laptop that had not been reconfigured. It was a horrible experience and would not recommend to others.

      By Far The Worst Place I’ve Ever Worked

      Pros

      There is good diversity and the pay is pretty high for the industry. I think it could be ok if you’re one of the Blue Collar workers.

      Cons

      This was one of the most unprofessional places I’ve ever worked. So much inappropriate behavior, low morale, employees are very rude to one another, and the list goes on. If you’re considering working here—save yourself some time and just don’t.
