      Compensates at market rate. Good benefits. Wonderful office space / location. Leaders listen to employees. Great onsite gym. Good food at cafe.

      Constantly changing leadership which leads to multiple org changes. Don't always proactively communicate.

      Opportunities for advancement from entry level to management are certainly here. They support educational and personal development. There are challenging jobs and customers can be very difficult but overall the work/life balance is pretty good.

      Stressful tasks. Multitasking constantly.
