Pros

Pay is decent, co-workers are often friendly and helpful. One of few companies that still allows work from home. Timezones are often a struggle to navigate with such a global company.

Cons

Poor leadership and corporate strategy. The product roadmap consists of trying to catch up to products and offerings competitors have had for multiple years. Too many obstacles and blockers to navigate which hampers product deliveries and adds unnecessary complexity. Multiple rounds of company layoffs throughout each year. Lack of loyalty and respect for employees. Promotions are very hard to come by, someone often needs to leave the company in order for a role to open / potential promotion.

Pros

Good salary and other benefits

Cons

Becoming a nightmare day by day with people in higher positions bossing around badly. The essence of the company is now lost. VP, Director and the Managers in HR department behave very unethical and rude. Employees constantly have the fear of being laid off anytime.

Pros

- Wellness days - Flexibility on shifts (4 days) - They genuinely make an effort with inclusion - Remote working

Cons

- Compensation is very low compared to competitors - Management is very poor. They lack people management skills, unable to motivate. They fall into every trap of what makes a bad manager such as micromanage and focus on the negatives while ignoring hard work. - Career stagnation. So many internal employees, so little job opportunities so it’s normal to be stuck in same department for years - Stressful environment. Very high staff turnover and absenteeism. It became a regular occurrence that staff would be out on long term stress leave or leave the company altogether - Staff feedback surveys were never worked on in a meaningful way - Little appreciation for tenure. There for over 10 years? They give you a pin
