Unsure where Pearson is going as a company. AI is a buzzword that all departments use to please leadership, but there is no guiding principle for how it should be used to add value to the company (aside from headcount reduction), especially to its product. More senior staff have been hired or promoted since Omar joined the company, with constant mid- and junior-level re-orgs/redundancies that lack clear communication of their rationale, resulting in low morale.
