      Rich old white women run the place so POCs can never be seen in upper management. Huge diversity issue.

      Pros

      Working at Penguin is such a fulfilling career. Being able to design a variety of Book covers and see your creativity on book shelves is very rewarding. The company is very inclusive and the staff are all very friendly and great colleagues.

      Cons

      The pay is very low to be a designer compared to other creative careers.
