Cons
Fired for taking allotted sick days when highly contagious supervisor shared her flu. Worked extensive overtime under enormous stress imposed by toxic, OCD, boss. Unable to enjoy a lunch break, summer Fridays, or holiday season break due to boss's unreasonable expectations. Boss enjoyed creating a hostile and fear-based environment and was strategic about targeting people and creating back stories to cover her tracks. This was an incredibly unhealthy situation that HR, and management, allowed to persist.
