      1. The work environment is extremely friendly and open to new ideas. 2. They promote a healthy work life balance with generous benefits, even if you are entry level 3. Learning and Development opportunities 4. Great resume/CV builder 5. BOOKS!

      There really is not much I can say that Is negative. I came from the intergovernmental sector so my arrival to the private sector was refreshing.

      Pros

      As someone new to the field of product management, it was a good place to get my feet wet and learn skills in a relaxed environment, while also working with recognizable and impressive brands. It set me up for a great career trajectory.

      Cons

      They make it very easy to leave. I found little support from my superiors and was constantly feeling like I was underappreciated for the amount of work I was putting in. Raises and promotions are almost impossible to get, even after tripling your starting workload. Office politics and limited budgets made work stressful and projects hard to green light.
