Pros

Great coworkers, wonderful benefits and tons of vacation-- this is a German owned company so everyone starts with 4 weeks vacation. It's a great company and people stay for a long time. After10 years you get a one-month sabbatical and 5 weeks vacation. Plus lots of free books.

Cons

The downside of all of this vacation is that the pay is low, which is tough when you're living in one of the most expensive cities in the US. In my group, it tough to move up the ladder-- there's just nowhere to go unless you transfer to another department.

Pros

Great working enviornment, including the corporate culture and people. Felt a lot of professional support in my department. Vacation policies were generous.

Cons

Salary too low, hard to see room for advancement. It was impossible for me to stay for years at entry-level and hope for a promotion. You could see a lot of shakeup in certain departments.
