Pros

Great environment to work in, ability to get involved in a lot of different things so great exposure. Work life balance was great too, the company partakes in "Summer Hours" where through the summer months, you work an extra 45 mins a day Monday to Thursday, and you leave at 1pm on Friday

Cons

Underpaid - The salary could be alot better. Paid less than industry average, and progression is difficult as people don't tend to leave.

Pros

Fantastic books, professionalism at all levels, amazing vacation time (4 weeks for starting), not much office politicking, competent employees

Cons

Promotions are slow and raises beyond the standard increase are nonexistent. I've worked here for a few years and am still at the same title I was hired at. HR will lie to you and say that the starting salaries are nonnegotiable...they are. The pay is also low. Too low to raise a family on.
