      Pros

      You receive a health insurance and have the opportunity to work with a Healthcare software, which may help to save lives.

      Cons

      You receive a very low salary and have to work a lot because there are a poor management. Another problem is the stress, because the environment isn't good. There is a lot of people working in a small space. People don't have enough space to work comfortably.

      Health care and lighting company, so you are either working to improve people's health or to reduce environmental footprint. It gives you a great sense of purpose

      Cons

      A lot of restructuring on top of restructuring, so employees face a lot of uncertainty and execution is far from perfect because of lack of resources
