      Pros

      Learning a market leader's business processes, learning the ropes of running a tight ship during peak hours. Well organized, not much room for error from cooking standpoint. Used to manage family owned pizza place and the difference between controls over food costs were like night and day.

      Cons

      Gets old quick , nobody to talk to in your area, watching screen or wall all day. Experience or not, everyone starts at minimum wage.

      Pros

      Area Coaches are very helpful and competent. Excellent benefits package, the employees are great. Good discounts on food and given some freedom towards cash rewards for your team.

      Cons

      Long hours are expected in this business but it got a little ridiculous, 65 hours minimum. Constantly understaffed and not given the necessary labor dollars to properly run store and properly service customers.
