      Pay and opportunity for advancement were subpar.

      Pros

      Management was supportive and the work environment wasn't nearly as bad as you might think that it could have been.

      Cons

      Management wasn't necessarily helpful and the corporation had some policies I disagreed with such as not offering employees breaks unless they were legally required.

      Pros

      The work is very easy. The coworkers are usually nice (depending on location). As a driver you make minimum plus whatever tips you are given from the customer. And the food is decent.

      Cons

      Management treats you as a piece of meat and will do anything to sell a pizza (even if it includes putting your safety at risk). Your "employee discount" is 50% off of anything under 5 dollars and 20% off on all other orders. Do not expect to get promoted or even a raise for that matter. The customers are rude and hateful people and most do whatever it takes to not pay for their food.
