      Very hectic environment, understaffed and often unappreciated by management.

      Pros

      Hours are extremely flexible when working part time. Team atmosphere is encouraged. Regular team meetings to set goals and discuss team performance .

      Cons

      Manager seemed to play favorites, treating some employees unfairly. Would be required to stay extremely late if work was not completed.

      Constant turnover Outdated computers are not user friendly and contribute to the high turnover rate. very stressful in peak hours no vacation or comp time given in first year of employment

      Cons

      Customers are ridiculous and psychotic. They behave much differently at the casual dining restaurants than they do the higher-priced areas.
