Unrealistic goals are set and when they are not met you are in jeapordy of losing your job. For example our owner wants us to cut our labor to the tune of 5 to 7 % over the last few years, however he also wants no customer complaints, food safety standads met, sales growth met and deliveries to be under 30 minutes more than 80% of the time. Recently, we were made aware that the bottom 10 GM's in sales growth would be moved, demoted, or laid off. This doesn't mean that they had no growth only not as high as everyone else. A couple of managers are being laid off, because the company has decided they make too much money. This is real folks. The overall feeling is 1 false move and you are gone. Also we are severly underpaid compared to the rest of the industry and have no benefits.
