Decent pay and benefits Good food discounts for employees.
Cons
Trainer was subpar. He is not the best there is, he’s a disgrace and he only works when the higher ups are around. He is very offensive when he speaks and he makes offensive comments which is actually against policy, but he does what he wants and doesn’t care and no one does anything about it. The managers don’t actually manage their store employees and then wonder why their team quit. Their hiring techniques for team members are subpar.
