      Reasonably good pay for a college job. Coworkers are fun to work with for the most part.

      The people who are willing to work hard are taken advantage of and the people who aren't willing to work are allowed to be lazy.

      EVERYTHING'S FREE, cash bonuses for good consistent numbers, more laid back then most jobs, great career opportunity.

      Cons

      50+ hours, (minimum) Smelling like pizza and grease all the time. If your staff isn't independent, you will be working more and longer days.
