Pros

The benefits are fantastic - they pay very well and you get free pizza. There are really smart and dedicated people within the organization and most people get along very well. They try to make the environment a very fun place to work.

Cons

The leadership is lacking. Its either their way or the highway and its hard to do the right thing when leadership only wants to do things their way. If you aren't on the Brand side of things, you are sub-par in leadership's eyes. They aren't really open to people moving around within the organization and it can be challenging to get promoted. The company is very traditional and not really interested in moving the brand forward even though they say they are.

Pros

Fairly flexible schedule, you can create a good balance between work and life if you work hard and hire the right people. Pay is ok if you put in enough time.

Cons

Long hours during busy times of the year, like winter and holidays and sporting events. Always on call after becoming upper management. Coroprate and franchise owners have no idea and don't seem to care what the people on the front line have to go through to make them money.

Pros

Salary can be 50k Can be a good area, fast learning Store level can be filled with great people

Cons

Terrible management, lacking compensation, bonuses are nigh impossible to achieve (and actually are impossible in some areas). With Ayvaz franchise, it’s incredible how different it is compared to other franchises. Area coach I worked under is 100% the issue, he refuses to run a shift and he refuses to support his RGMs. His day consists of looking at the numbers and questioning why then enjoys the rest of his day for himself while remaining “on call”. He may send out an email here or there. The rest is all on you no matter the issue and he will tear you down for even asking for help - he “hired an RGM not a shift lead, do your job”. You’re paid for 40 hours but must work 50+, expect uncompensated over time which if you have children - don’t expect to be there for them. Don’t expect a bonus even though the contract says you are entitled to and can earn it
