Met some amazing people here.

Cons

There were many amazing, intelligent employees here but the top-management at the company lacked concern for their own workforce and pushed many of them out. There's a reason the company changed their name, and that's due to their poor reputation in the industry.

Pros

Learned a ton working here. They give people with little experience a chance to prove themselves. The one who can survive and thrive here go on to do amazing things.

Cons

Very poor business decisions and strategic planning. They rarely ever hire proven quality employees and lowball compensation like crazy - well below industry average. Along with predictable massive layoffs (usually right before Thanksgiving), it's safe to say that the management doesn't care for the employees.
