      Pros

      1. Everyone at the company is really supportive and invested in your growth. 2. You get the opportunity to work with really smart people who don't fail to surprise you each and every day. There's a lot to learn from your peers. Even though it's only the size of a start-up, the tooling & infrastructure that exists matches that of big tech both in terms of quality and depth. 3. The company is constantly evolving and adapting. For instance, my experience joining the company in a remote setting has been nothing short of fantastic. I felt supported and a part of the team as much as I would have had I been able to go to the office.

      Cons

      I don't think there's any cons of working here. If you're passionate about working in the gaming industry among smart people and hoping to learn a lot, this is a great place to be.

      Good company, people are nice and location is great (if you live near santa monica).

      Cons

      freedom has good and bad parts to it. overall though the autonomy was good. self-sufficiency can be harder but ultimately more efficient.

      Everyone at the company is friendly, welcoming, and engaged - it's clear that people want to be here and enjoy coming to work. You are given the opportunity to drive your own career and partner with other team members throughout the company. This company is growing quickly and you really get out what you put in. Feedback and communication are highly encouraged and it shows that management really cares about the success of the company and growth of its employees. The management team is focused and strategic in its approach to growing the company. You don't find companies like this every day. The company has an awesome, open office in a great location with catered lunches once a week and monthly company-wide events that bring the entire team together.

      Cons

      Difficult to say because there really aren't many cons. - It's a growing company with a faster-paced environment, so if you don't like being in charge of your career and learning new things, this environment could be tough. - Some of the company's benefits are strong, while other benefits are slightly below what is offered at larger companies.
