Pros

Good place to learn, gain experience and make connections. The London office is in central London with a lot to do nearby, great restaurants and culture. You work for Playstation which people are generally know and interested about. You work with game studios and technologies that will be used in future games and media. The culture is inclusive, you will find many different looking faces here. There was no crunch and a pretty good work-life balance in my team.

Cons

Lot of company politics to deal with, secrecy and distrust between different teams. Lots of emails on the start of day and multiple meetings per day that are unproductive. Collaboration between different regions is sparse. Some internal systems that are being used are ancient. Salary is a joke, people working at Playstation are often living in house shares in London, and you will not be able to save up on an Engineer salary.
