You could get some free games.

Cons

They lay off people for their convenience with no warning signs at all no matter how hard and wholeheartedly you work. The heartless way they make you discreetly leave the building then and there is shameful and traumatic.

However, there are some really bad managers who makes it deliberately difficult for everyone that are working under them and with them. Some notable mentions are perfeng and cicd team managers, for their awful and confrontational management style.

People are nice. Work is fun. Stable process. Managers are hard working people. Locations are nice. Benefit is good, salary not bad.

Cons

PlayStation is laying people off right now. Except it is not saying so. many people are disappearing suddenly. Someone we know disappeared and never came back. He is like he is dead. No response for calls, just disappeared. Quite a ok coworker too, wonder what happened?
