Discounts on the limited selection of first party games.

Cons

Pay isn't great when they're trying to compete and act like a tech company. Benefits are mediocre and don't compare to other companies in the area. Big distinction in work place benefits compared to their first party studios. No employee development or major support towards paying for education. Educational support is on the low end.

The way they treat good employees. They are not competitive with salaries and benefits. They dont make an effort to keep good employees. Best options is to leave and come back to get the raise you want.
