The incentives, benefits, and bonus are great. The culture is laid back and the work is generally fun. There is never a boring day at Sony Playstation.

Cons

It's hard to move up and the company is pretty disjointed...there is no COO or CIO

Lots of passion & enthusiasm. Potentially some great opportunities to work with some really talented people who are trying to create what could be a phenomenal product.

Cons

Disorganization, in fighting and an overall lack of a holistic product vision create a lot of redundancy and waste. Company culture and facilities are lacking and the work life balance need some work.
