The benefits are good. The San Diego campus is easy to get to and in a great location commute-wise. When you speak up, your direct management will listen. Management makes an effort to help push you forward with your own career goals in mind.

Cons

Needs more accountability on the individual scale. People hurt productivity by not understanding their own roles better in the development process.

Amazing brand with products that customers love. You get the resources you need to get the job done. Plenty of smart, talented people across the company.

Cons

It's part of a much larger global corporation with many different divisions, so you'll have to deal with the red tape and silos that are typical of large companies.
