Pros

Good people, Fun atmosphere, Flexible environment, Events, Discounts

Cons

Low pay No benefits Lack of opportunities to move up - despite their facade of "attempts" to promote. Layoffs abound Be prepared to do the job of a higher paying position, without the pay increase, benefits or title.

Pros

Good salaries, benefits, work/life balance. Exciting technical problems to be solved. Engineers work well together and have respect for each other.

Cons

You know if the company has to pay for a featured review to refute the other bad reviews and blame existing problems on past management (even though new management has been around for over two years) then there is probably a problem. Almost all middle level development managers (who have been there more than a few years) have left (or fired) because of contention with upper management. Development direction is based on good principals, but lacking in details and leadership.

Pros

Free 12-month PS Plus .

Cons

A good example that shows this company's ethics: About 1 year ago the company provided free 12-month PS Plus to its employees. What they did not say is that this will be an auto-renewal subscription. After 1 year employees have been charged $49.99 for the PS Plus renewal (BTW PS Plus really sucks), and If you request a refund of your money you have to wait 2 months. The company literally calls this refund a " Gesture of Goodwill." Like if it is coming from a higher power. This is how this company cares about its customers (its employees), they simply don't. They are in business to make money, they care less about your experience as a customer or employee.
