Pros
It's an awesome brand to be a part of. You can find some great people here and have the opportunity to be a part of some very cool projects.
Cons
Career paths and growth potential feel near non-existant, employees feel out of the loop and unfortunately often unappreciated. It does sometimes feel like they depend on the brand name to bring in top-talent, but it doesn't seem that top-talent stay very long. Some departments are in need of a complete overhaul from a talent perspective.
