      Great place to work with smart and fun people all around

      Pros

      Friendliness, work-life balance and very collaborative cross-functional env. Very goal and project oriented group and employees shared responsibilities of supporting all critical systems and business user can always count on the IT group. Lots of fun activities and goodies and very often surrounded by enthusiastic new title or product releases excitements and thus promoted a very positive and thriving corporate culture of which enabled forwarding thinking and cutting edge and new product market direction strategic planning.

      Cons

      Career advancement and growth can be more defined within the core group. Overall company goals could be funneled down to individual department and contributor's goals for common achievements.

      Pros

      Excellent products, genuine concern, effort and desire to make our products the best in the industry. Lots of opportunity to work with employees at every level. No formality or rigidity, very congenial atmosphere. Many really smart colleagues.

      Cons

      Some members of senior management are entrenched and distracted or otherwise insufficiently responsive to important issues as they arise. Payroll, finance and accounting systems are overly labor-intensive and are highly dysfunctional.
