Pros

The tech you work on is exciting, and the problems you get to solve are interesting ones. Good corporate culture and great people.

Cons

Pretty flat corporate structure since the company is still relatively small. It's a good thing most of the time, but it means there isn't too much room for advancement though that will change as the company grows.

people, technology, products, carrer pathing. You get to work with some amazing people that work hard everyday...not because they have to but because they want to. There is tremendous sony pride and it shows in their work product.
