Company is full of smart and kind people. Lot's of respect, even during disagreement. I'm compensated fairly and level of flexibility and time off is off the charts.

The org structure and top leadership keeps changing, which causes a ripple effect and doubts on future stability for the organization.

It can be exciting if you like PS games, and the company does officially provide plenty of PTO days (but only if the manager grants it and respects it as time-off for employee).

Cons

The company's performance review system is top-down and authoritarian, where the managers dictate everything and the managers are not held accountable for poor-performed, unhappy team.
