      Pros

      Free games and average benefits.

      Cons

      Toxic environment with no career growth. Compensation way below market. Work hours all around the clock with teams in US, Japan & UK which leads to no work life balance. Things move very slow and projects take forever to launch. Don’t recommend for anyone looking to learn or grow. Leadership & HR is a joke. No actions taken by them for complaints against poor management or harassment.

      We are so sorry you felt this way. We have been working on revamping our total compensation and rewards packages, and we feel our compensation is well aligned with the markets we are in. We also have done quite a bit of work on internal equity, pulling up the pay of anyone who was underpaid. I am not sure what role you were in to, "work around the clock," as this role is global and we don't work 24/7. If you had complaints about management regarding harassment, we hope that you were able to take solid information to HR and file a complaint, because we do not believe anyone should be exposed to that type of work environment. We wish you the best for the future!

      Great people - low pay

      Pros

      Great people, colleagues that I can call family. A new perspective around inclusivity and diversity is coming together.

      Cons

      PlayStation has many great people however the pay gap is there where for many years I was paid less than male colleagues and mainly they don't acknowledge loyalty as you will always be paid a lot less than someone coming externally with at times a lot less years of experiences in the industry.
