Met some nice people. Company is so small now you get to know people. It was cool thinking about what an iconic brand Hef built from scratch and how you were part of that legacy.

Cons

Terrible executive group lurching from one turn-around strategy to the next. Morale was trending downward, hard to be optimistic when co-workers are constantly cut. Magazine is probably going to be discontinued, there isn't much else to the brand anymore.
