Sadly, a dying company.

Pros

Dedicated people. Great work/life balance.

Cons

Incompetent leadership. Poor communication from management. No real direction; management seems to just throw several different ideas/plans at the wall to see which ones might stick.

Pros

No matter how lazy and incompetent you are, you're still doing more work than most people... and hey, naked people. Also, you come in when you want, leave when you want. Three hour lunches are not of the question because no one's paying attention. If you try you can probably even get them reimbursed via petty cash.

Cons

Terrible communication. Half the people working here seem to hate our product. No leadership. No chances to advance, not that you'd want to, the company will go under the minute Hugh snuffs it.

Pros

It's a very laid back atmosphere. The dress is casual and it's one of those places where as long as you get your work done, it doesn't matter what time you show up for work. It's a nice office and with a huge atrium and artwork all around the office.

Cons

It's a company founded on beauty and elitism, which trickles down to how they treat their employees. V.P.'s and above are treated great; anything lower is treated fairly crappy. They feel because of their name, it's a privilege to work for them. There's a lot of senior management, but not enough workers to get the jobs done. It's kind of a 'too many cooks in the kitchen' when it comes to making decisions there and it takes a while to get things done. A lot of red tape there.
