Pros

Never a dull moment, if you like to work hard, be challenged and work with great people, this is the place. As a remote first company, there is a lot of flexibility to encourage a work/life balance. In my role I'm blessed to always attend my kids functions. I can work early in the morning or late at night and always able to take time off when needed for family.

Cons

As a remote first company, the opportunity for water cooler talk and in person collaboration is missing. Some things that could take 15 mins to hash out in person can drag out for weeks or months at a time.

Pros

The company offers a flexible and supportive environment where both leaders and team members are encouraged to learn, grow, and expand their careers. The benefits are quite good. The company strives to continuously evolve which really shows the company’s commitment to improvement. What stands out most is the human-first mentality — people are treated with empathy, respect, and genuine care, Which creates a strong culture of trust and collaboration. If you’re looking for a place where you can thrive professionally while maintaining balance and well-being, This is a great organization to be part of.

Cons

As the company grows, priorities and processes can shift quickly, which may feel challenging if you prefer a slower-paced or highly structured environment. Pay is fair and competitive, but as with many growing companies, compensation adjustments can sometimes lag slightly behind rapid role expansion
