Very good remote company

Pros

- fully remote - tons of benefits (ilimited time off, once a year gatherings with the company, many extra holidays) - compensation is above market

Cons

- if you are a remote worker from latam this might be good or not, depending on your case, but they employ you directly, which comes with a lot of taxes and deductions (in my case greater than being a contractor) - processes can be a bit weird - the repo is a big disaster, specially when you join the company and have to understand what you are getting into
