Pros

Playlist has been an incredibly supportive place to grow my skills throughout my career. I've experienced multiple promotions and have had countless opportunities to try new roles and teams. Work life balance is also respected and I get to work with kind and passionate team members.

Cons

Pay could be higher and more aggressively aligned with performance. As the company has grown, there's more red tape and processes than before to ship.

Pros

Lot of quality work as the industry leader which is on the move. Can make your own schedule and align with team. Permanent WFH with a culture built around WFH. Where it is considered normal to take time out for your well being. Apart from extra well being leaves, I love the Christmas leave week, extra allowance to work on your mental and physical health.

Cons

Technology transition is happening so you have to be on age old guards and new leaders. Less about company and more about switch to full time WFH, you really need to consider if WFH is good for you.

Overall a good place to work, with a reasonable work-life balance. There are opportunities to contribute and implement your own ideas, particularly if you are proactive and persistent in advocating for them

Cons

As the company grows, the added layers of management and multiple verticals can create complexity, which at times slows down decision-making and execution
