Overall good place to work, interesting people, but with a few drawbacks

Worthwhile mission, good benefits, flexible PTO, friendly people, plenty of room for responsibility and growth, and remote positions are always a plus for me

Cons

Didn't have comprehensive role specific onboarding. Extremely difficult to find time to collaborate with international coworkers across across time zones as often as we need to. Challenging work load at times Not a huge fan of how much AI is being incorporated

Salaries and benefits are above average for the Brazilian market, surpassing those of large tech companies and unicorns in the region.

Cons

There's a lot of tech debt to be addressed, especially on Mindbody's side, but the company is moving quickly and prioritizing these modernization efforts.
