      Pros

      Working here has been an absolutely amazing experience. The leadership team is not only smart and strategic, but also incredibly kind and approachable, you can really feel that they care about people, not just numbers. The salary is very competitive, nothing that we can compare to on the Brazilian market for this position, and the benefits go above and beyond, especially with unique perks like Carrot fertility support, which shows how much the company invests in employees’ personal well-being and future. The work environment itself is inspiring, collaborative, and supportive. I really feel the belonging!

      Cons

      If I could suggest a couple of small improvements, I’d love to see a larger food/meal allowance (vale alimentação) and for international company gatherings to be made accessible to everyone, not just a few. But honestly, these are tiny points compared to the overall experience. This is, by far, the best company I have ever worked for, and I feel grateful every day to be part of it.

      - Remote Work - True work-life balance, no burnout employees - Teammates are awesome, always supportive - LinkedIn Premium Courses included - Knowledge sharing and research about AI tools - Management open to new ideas and questioning processes

      Cons

      - Working with Legacy Systems is more challenging than you might expect at first - It's hard to deal sometimes with dozens of different teams working on systems that depend on each other; you have to communicate clearly and learn about the teams and the platform ASAP to be productive
