Pros

Since joining the company roughly 2 years ago, my role has evolved a few times. I've earned opportunities to grow, been able to take on valuable stretch projects, and add countless skills to my toolbelt. We're at a company size where it's possible to make a name for yourself with leadership-- really a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to expand their career.

Cons

I say this on all of my candidate interviews: this is one of the hardest jobs I've ever worked. There's a lot of work to be done, and we're a company made of highly motivated people.

Pros

If you're looking to learn from sharp, passionate people and thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment, this is the place. Leadership is deeply involved, transparent, and genuinely invested in your development. The benefits reflect how much they value their team. It’s a company where hard work and going the extra mile are recognized with real opportunities to grow.

Cons

If you’re seeking a laid-back job, this may not be for you—but if you want to be challenged, contribute to meaningful work, and develop professionally, there’s no better place.

Pros

- Strong opportunities for motivated employees to grow and take on new challenges - Monthly "Wellness Days" and stipends that promote work-life balance and mental health - Collaborative, passionate team culture focused on delivering value to customers - Inspiring mission focused on real-world connection and well-being—feels refreshingly different from typical tech companies

Cons

- Compensation can lag behind market rates, particularly for long-tenured employees due to rigid salary increase policies - Annual performance reviews with abbreviated mid-year check-ins don't fully support a true performance-based culture; continuous feedback mechanisms could be stronger - Leadership lacks full commitment to long-term code modernization, often pushing short-term delivery over sustainable engineering practices
