Pros

Regular paycheck, even if it's low. Some good coworkers.

Cons

All in all, it was a complete waste of time to work there. The managers in the district were constantly at each other, talking about them behind their backs, and then the franchise owners would have other managers come in and spy on the help. The conditions were terrible, physically, because the owners refused to have the basics repaired, so there's no ventilation in the kitchen in mid summer. Equipment is old and broken and employees are told to bring their own if they think they need better, such as hot pan holder that aren't threadbare. In short, low class upper management forcing employees to kiss low-class and rude customer butt without any backup, poor working conditions, and no positive reinforcement guarantees that almost everyone quits within a year, if not less.
