A low paying job that is very boring. Moving up the ladder to store manager only adds an extr dollar per hour...bot worth all the stress

Minimum wage plus commission Flexible hours You work independently so you aren't competing for sales Work teams are typically small so it becomes like a family

Cons

My location was constantly under staffed Little to no opportunity to grow( no full time position unless you become a manager which doesn't happen unless someone quits, moves up, or a new location opens up)
