      Proactiv was a well organized and fair employer. As a person new to sales, it was an overall good experience.

      Pros

      The company was organized, encouraged high sales, but also gave customers multiple incentives to buy, so selling was easy for a person new to sales.

      Cons

      Working as a group was not as encouraged as it should have been. Management had a difficult time making the employees feel like they were a part of the team
