A storied brand in an exciting moment of growth and change. A recent leadership refresh has invigorated life and excitement into the organization. Senior management knows what it wants, the road map is clear, and expectations are reasonable with opportunity to test, learn, and try new ideas. Has a healthy corporate culture that values performance and collaboration over politics. It's just a great place to work and learn about a growing facet of ecommerce.

Cons

Its in El Segundo in an office park. Our tech stack could be better, but it'll get there.

Proactive is actively improving the marketing efforts, talent/headcount, and customer experience which makes this employee proud to be part of an industry leading team. Compensation is competitive, benefits are easy to understand, environment is friendly and collaborative.

Cons

On-boarding new employees does not currently include enough product knowledge training or training for 3PL technology. The brand/company is currently on the market for acquisition.
