Great place to work, Proactiv is on the right path. New management is innovating the brand and everyone is bought in to the future of the company. Exciting times to be part of Proactiv.

Not so much a con but wish we could move faster. Only so many hours in a day.

The product works for most people. Actually changes lives for the better. Great location, right by LAX. Very nice offices. Amazing views. 401k match and good benefits

Cons

Lacks clear direction. No real leadership. Doesn't seem to understand the changing times Not a "customer first" company Does not address customer issues on social media.
