Pros
Basically, if you are a contractor you don't get any rights and you ain't allowed to speak casually. Read on to find out.
Cons
There's a hierarchy in their company. They hire contractors and contractors are being DISCRIMINATED in their casually. They discriminate contractors for not smiling during the onboarding sessions, not looking into the presenter's eyes when the presenters are presenting. They eventually made the contractor's HR to force the contractor to write a resignation letter. Which in my opinion I felt so unjust for this contractor as it is no longer a job-related issue but personal attack. The person has not even been allowed to show her potential and was told to leave during her onboarding. NASTY.
