Pros

Great learning opportunity, looks good on resume, international work experience, overall competitive pay in the category for starting positions, competitive benefits package

Cons

No longer the company that values its people above everything else. Up or out system doesn't work, promote from within system doesn't work when there are mass layoffs and no positions left to get promoted to. Anyone with good qualifications and slight tolerance for risk is leaving. People who are left are a group of risk averse people.

Holds back those who want to progress fast

Pros

People, culture, big company. Diverse company yet everyone has a similar attitude so it's very easy to fit in. Lots of great brands that are accessible through company shop. Promote from within so you must work your way up.

Cons

A bit of a cult since everyone has been there and become tuned into the P&G way. If you want to progress fast at the start of your career it is too difficult, even if you are recognised as one of the best.

No longer a great place to work

Pros

The people and the diversity they represent Flexible hours Many experienced coworkers to learn from Casual dress if at a tech center

Cons

eat or be eaten philosophy for advancing chemical engineers are valued above all others and are started at management level while others have to work extremely hard to get to the same place so many rigid rules, slows down everything Even though the majority are introverts this is an extrovert rewarding company, It seems the louder you complain and the more obnoxious you are then you are pretty much guaranteed advancement, no understanding for introverts who end up doing a lot of the work
